Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Desktop Support Engineer – Hardware & OS Troubleshooting, located in Bengaluru South. The Desktop Support Engineer will handle day-to-day technical support tasks, including diagnosing and resolving issues with desktop computers, printers, and computer hardware. The role involves performing hardware and OS troubleshooting, ensuring the smooth functioning of systems, and addressing user concerns promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Desktop Computers and Computer Hardware management
• Experience in diagnosing issues and providing Technical Support
• Skills in Printer Support and related troubleshooting tasks
• Strong troubleshooting abilities for hardware and operating systems
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in an on-site role
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or similar are advantageous
