Role: Manager Supply Chain Management (Warehouse Operations)

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal, India

As a Senior Manager – Warehouse Operations, you will lead and optimize end-to-end warehouse processes across multiple locations. Your focus will be on operational excellence, cost optimization, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder management. You will support the warehouse head in driving key performance metrics, resolving escalations, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities. This is a strategic and execution-focused leadership role requiring deep operational insight and strong collaboration skills.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular audits
• Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff
• Ensure efficient space utilization and warehouse layout planning
• Maintain health and safety standards within the warehouse
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments
• Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
• Handle documentation and reporting related to warehouse activities
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• 4-5 years in warehouse or supply chain operations
• Hands-on experience with warehouse analytics, KPI tracking, and driving continuous improvement programs.
