Role Objective:
To drive brand growth and profitability in international markets by developing and executing effective marketing strategies, ensuring strong market positioning, and delivering business objectives aligned with Alkem’s vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Marketing
- Develop and implement proactive marketing and promotional strategies to meet brand objectives and customer needs
- Create and execute operational plans based on the product life cycle to maximize brand performance
- Act as the brand champion, driving internal alignment and external engagement
Market & Business Analysis
- Monitor brand performance and external market environment using relevant tools
- Analyze data to identify gaps and take corrective actions to meet business targets
- Build strong disease and market understanding to generate actionable customer insights
Stakeholder & Agency Management
- Liaise with external agencies to develop and execute brand initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, regulatory, medical, supply chain) for seamless execution
- Support and build high-performing teams to achieve business goals
Budget & Operations
- Manage and optimize brand budgets effectively
- Ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI
- Drive adherence to processes such as NP4 and other internal frameworks
Qualification:
- MBA in Marketing (mandatory)
- Science background preferred (B. Pharma or equivalent)
Experience: 5-6 years of experience in Pharma PMT
