We’re looking for a visionary and strategic Head of Product / Director of Product to lead our product organization and shape the long-term product vision. This role is responsible for defining product strategy, driving innovation, managing product teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-impact products that align with business goals and user needs.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives.

• Lead and mentor product managers, product owners, and cross-functional product teams.

• Drive product discovery, innovation, and continuous improvement across all product lines.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.

• Oversee product lifecycle management from ideation to launch and iteration.

• Prioritize product initiatives based on business impact, user needs, and technical feasibility.

• Use data, analytics, and user research to guide product decisions and strategy.

• Ensure successful product launches and market adoption through coordinated go-to-market strategies.

• Monitor product performance, KPIs, and user feedback to drive optimization.

• Communicate product vision, progress, and strategy to executive leadership and stakeholders.

✅ Requirements

• Proven experience in senior product leadership roles such as Head of Product, Director of Product, or Group Product Manager.

• Strong track record of delivering successful digital products or platforms.

• Deep understanding of product management methodologies, agile frameworks, and user-centered design.

• Strong leadership and people management skills with experience building and scaling product teams.

• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Strong knowledge of product analytics, user research, and experimentation (A/B testing).

• Experience working closely with engineering and design teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level reporting.

• Ability to balance business goals, technical constraints, and user needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or related field is preferred. MBA is an advantage.
