Role Overview:
We’re looking for a hands-on Frontend Developer with strong PHP development experience in Drupal to work on the mseONE platform. The frontend is built using Drupal 11 (themes and custom modules) and integrates with multiple backend GraphQL and REST APIs.

This is a development-focused role—not a content editor or site builder position. We are specifically seeking candidates with real-world experience in building and maintaining frontend applications with significant involvement in Drupal PHP-based development and customization.

What you will do:

• Develop and maintain Drupal 11 frontend components including custom themes, modules, and Twig templates
• Implement and consume API-driven content (GraphQL and REST) and translate backend data into usable UI components
• Build responsive, accessible, and maintainable UI using HTML, CSS/SCSS, and JavaScript
• Work on Drupal PHP layer for custom modules, hooks, and frontend-related business logic
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to deliver cohesive user experiences
• Contribute to frontend architecture, code quality, and best practices
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and clean code standards

Qualifications & skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on frontend development experience on production projects
• Strong Drupal development experience including custom theming and custom module development using PHP
• Solid programming experience in PHP with hands-on work in Drupal architecture (hooks, services, custom modules)
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS/SCSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience consuming and rendering data from GraphQL and REST APIs
• Ability to translate backend data models into frontend-friendly structures
• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and UI best practices
• Experience working with Git and Agile development environments

Preferred Skills:

• Drupal certifications such as Drupal Front-End Specialist or Acquia Certified Front-End Developer
• Experience with headless or decoupled Drupal architecture
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Understanding of web accessibility (WCAG) and frontend performance optimization
