Manager – Digital Growth & Analytics Full Time NEW

The Mission: We are not looking for a traditional digital marketer. We are looking for a Growth Architect. This role is designed for a sharp, logical engineer who views marketing through the lens of data, algorithms, and automation. You will be responsible for building the technical and analytical foundation that scales our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

• First-Principles Growth: Deconstruct complex marketing funnels into measurable variables. You will treat the growth funnel as a system to be architected, tested, and optimized.
• Performance Engineering: Lead full-funnel management across Meta (FB/IG) and Google (SEM, YouTube, Display). Your goal is to aggressively scale spend while maintaining razor-sharp efficiency targets.
• Data Modeling & Insights: Leverage SQL and advanced analytical frameworks to identify high-value customer cohorts and forecast growth trends with precision.
• Experimentation Engine: Design and execute high-velocity A/B tests with statistical rigor. We operate on a simple rule: If it isn’t measurable, it doesn’t exist.
• Marketing Automation & Ops: Build and orchestrate our marketing “tech stack.” You will leverage automation and API integrations to create personalized, scalable customer journeys that run like clockwork.

What We’re Looking For

• Academic Pedigree: B.Tech/B.E. from IIT or other Tier 1 engineering institutes.
• The Engineer Mindset: You are intensely logical, thrive on structured thinking, and possess a natural curiosity to understand the “under the hood” mechanics of any system.
• Experience: 2–3 years of professional experience. We value analytical rigor and a background in Data or Business Analytics just as much as (if not more than) traditional marketing experience.
• Technical Savvy: High comfort level with automation workflows, data visualization tools, and a quick-study approach to technical integrations.
• Ownership & Grit: You have the zeal to build processes from zero and the resilience to see them through to successful execution.
