We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in the US healthcare system, specifically around health insurance and medical billing verification.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and verify medical bills against insurance policies
• Analyze Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and identify discrepancies
• Ensure accurate billing in line with US insurance guidelines
• Coordinate with providers, insurers, and internal teams to resolve issues
• Maintain clear documentation and reporting
Requirements:
• 2–5 years of experience with US health insurance / medical billing
• Strong understanding of insurance policies, claims, and EOBs
• Experience with billing codes (CPT, ICD) is a plus
• High attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
Role Details:
• Remote / India-based
