Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment Strategy & Planning
• Develop hiring strategy for India in alignment with business workforce plans.
• Own demand planning, forecasting, and decision‑making for priority roles.
• Drive diversity hiring, internal mobility, employee referral programmes, and talent pipelines.
• Leadership & Stakeholder Management
• Partner with BU heads, delivery leaders, HRBPs, and finance for workforce decisions.
• Advise stakeholders on talent availability, market insights, compensation trends, and hiring risks.
• Lead periodic governance and recruitment review meetings.
• Operational Excellence
• Drive end‑to‑end hiring operations across tech, non‑tech, G&A, and niche roles.
• Ensure SLAs, TAT, quality of hire, and compliance are met consistently.
• Monitor dashboards & reports (offer-to-join ratio, funnel metrics, vendor metrics, etc.).
• Team Leadership
• Lead and mentor a team of TA partners, sourcers, coordinators, and vendor partners.
• Build capability through coaching, recruitment best practices, and process improvements.
• Vendor & Partner Management
• Manage recruitment agencies, contract staffing partners, assessment vendors, and external interview service partners.
• Drive performance, governance, and ROI with external partners.
• Process, Systems & Compliance
• Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, audits, documentation, and compliance (PF, contract staffing norms, wage code implications, background verification, etc.).
• Partner with HRSS/Shared Services on PR–PO, onboarding, offer creation, and system data accuracy.
• Drive adoption of ATS/ORC, digital screening tools, and automation.
• Employer Branding & Market Intelligence
• Strengthen employer presence across campuses, digital platforms, and industry events.
• Provide leadership with insights on hiring trends, compensation benchmarking, competitor intelligence, and talent market shifts.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10–15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in handling large-scale recruitment for India across tech + non‑tech domains.
• Strong experience in leadership/managerial hiring, niche skills hiring, and volume hiring.
• Hands-on expertise in ATS, recruitment analytics, dashboards, and Excel reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with India labour laws, PF/ESIC, contract staffing models, and wage code implications.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA / PGDM in HR or related field.
• Experience in IT/ITES or global organisations preferred.
• Exposure to global hiring practices is a plus.
