About the Role

Responsible for managing systems, enabling reporting, and supporting data-driven decisions. Work closely with business teams and IT for system optimization.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Bullhorn (ATS/CRM) and other business systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, system performance, and integrity within Bullhorn and related systems.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) using Bullhorn and other data sources.
• Extract and analyze data using SQL and Bullhorn data structures.
• Gather and document business requirements related to Bullhorn and reporting needs.
• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams/vendors.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within Bullhorn workflows.
• Support system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams.

Qualifications

2–3 Years of experience.

Required Skills

• Experience working with Bullhorn (ATS/CRM).
• Strong experience in Power BI / Tableau.
• Hands-on experience with SQL.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Understanding of business systems (CRM/ERP).
• Strong stakeholder management and requirement gathering.
