Assistant General Manager, IT Systems Configuration & Programming Full Time NEW

• Serve as the functional lead for SAP MM/WM/EWM during S/4HANA implementation.
• Define, configure, and optimize end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, warehouse structures, and inventory control systems.
• Lead process workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design the To-Be process landscape.
• Manage integrations with third-party logistics, SCM, and Ariba systems.
• Oversee rollouts, upgrades, and support across multiple plants and geographies.
• Drive Master Data Management (MDM), SOH migration, and SCM digitization initiatives.
• Develop functional specifications, coordinate with technical teams (ABAP/Integration), and ensure quality deliverables.
• Conduct testing (Unit, Integration, UAT), cutover activities, and user training.
• Provide leadership, governance, and post-Go-Live support to ensure system stability and adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SD, PM, IBP, Finance) for end-to-end business process coverage.
• Act as the functional lead for PP, QM, and PM during S/4HANA implementation.
• Design and configure end-to-end Production Planning (MRP, recipes, routings, capacity planning) processes.
• Lead Quality Management implementations including inspection lot creation, results recording, notifications, and compliance reporting.
• Ensure seamless integration of PP with MES systems and other third-party applications.
• Configure and optimize process industry solutions (PP-PI) including recipe management, batch management, and PI sheets.Lead workshops, blueprinting, and requirement finalization with process owners.
• Drive rollouts, enhancements, and global template adoption across plants.
• Prepare functional specifications, manage RICEFW objects, and coordinate with development teams.
• Oversee system integration testing, validation testing, cutover activities, and user training.
• Provide strong governance for GxP compliance, data integrity, and regulatory readiness.
• Mentor team members and ensure continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of SAP experience with focus on MM/WM/EWM.
• Proven track record in S/4HANA Greenfield and Rollout projects.
• Hands-on experience with Ariba, IBP, and Plant Maintenance integration is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 16+ years of SAP experience with focus on PP, QM, and PM.
• Certified in SAP S/4HANA (PP/QM).
• Experience in pharmaceutical and process industries is strongly preferred.
• Proven success in full lifecycle implementations and integration with MES and IBP
