Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Department Specialist located in Bawal. In this role, you will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, issuing and following up on purchase orders, overseeing the procurement of goods and services, and maintaining relationships with suppliers. Daily tasks include tracking supplier performance, ensuring timely deliveries, and collaborating with various departments to meet purchasing needs. A focus on cost optimization and quality compliance is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Purchasing Processes and expertise in Purchase Management
• Proficiency in generating, managing, and tracking Purchase Orders
• Experience in general Purchasing operations and supplier management
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate procurement data and drive cost efficiencies
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Relevant experience in a manufacturing or automotive industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
