Role: Sr. HR Executive (US IT)

Experience: 4-5 yrs

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad (Onsite)

Shift: US Shift | 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

(Timings change as per US Daylight Saving)

We are looking for a US Sr. HR Executive with hands-on experience in US staffing, payroll, compliance, and end-to-end HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee timesheets, leave records, and attendance tracking.
• Provide recruitment support for both onsite and offshore hiring initiatives.
• Process payroll using platforms such as RazorpayX Payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle compliance and statutory requirements in line with US employment regulations.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes utilizing tools like OnBlick, ADP, and RazorpayX Payroll.
• Support performance management processes and contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies.
• Execute day-to-day HR operational activities to ensure smooth workforce management.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of experience in US Human Resources operations.
• Strong understanding of US HR practices, employment laws, and payroll processes.
• Hands-on experience with HR tools such as OnBlick, ADP, and RazorpayX Payroll.
• Exposure to US immigration processes (preferred).
