Full job description

Key Responsibilities1. Consultation & Diagnosis

  • Conduct detailed sexual health assessments (online/offline)
  • Diagnose conditions such as:
  • Erectile dysfunction
  • Premature ejaculation
  • Low libido
  • Performance anxiety
  • Relationship & intimacy issues
  • Develop structured treatment plans (medical + behavioral)

2. Treatment & Therapy

  • Provide evidence-based counseling and sex therapy
  • Prescribe medication where applicable (if medically qualified)
  • Guide clients on lifestyle, psychological, and relationship factors
  • Work on both individual and couple-based cases

3. Client Progress & Outcome Tracking

  • Maintain detailed session records and treatment notes
  • Monitor improvement and adjust plans accordingly
  • Ensure clients are moving toward measurable outcomes

4. Collaboration

  • Work with psychologists, psychiatrists, and wellness coaches
  • Integrate therapy + medical approach where required
  • Participate in case discussions for complex cases

5. Awareness & Education

  • Contribute to webinars, workshops, or content on sexual wellness
  • Help break myths with scientific, practical guidance

Pay: ₹5,000.00 – ₹10,000.00 per hour
