About The Role
The Benefits team is a cornerstone of Rippling’s product offerings, and the Benefits Operations Integrations team is essential for ensuring a seamless, automated flow of enrolment/eligibility data to our clients’ Benefits providers. We handle hundreds of integrations every month, and we’re looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead our India-based Integrations Specialist team.
Your team is responsible for integrating customers with integration vendors/carriers into Rippling’s all-in-one platform. You will be crucial in maintaining efficient operations and delivering an outstanding customer experience by ensuring timely client request resolution and issue handling.
This role requires you to be a problem-solver, supporting your team in addressing and resolving system and process issues. You’ll not only identify the root cause but also contribute to implementing fixes that prevent future integration delays. Your work will involve significant collaboration with customers, Benefit plan providers, vendors, and various internal departments. Ultimately, you will have a major impact on the success of Rippling’s Benefits platform
