Role Description

We are looking for a dedicated Site Lead for a full-time on-site position based in Chennai. The Site Lead will be responsible for efficiently managing day-to-day employee commute operations, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include managing fleet operations, overseeing workforce coordination, handling customer inquiries, conducting research for operational improvements, and delivering training to enhance team performance. Additionally, the Site Lead will take ownership of project management tasks to drive efficient operations and meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and address concerns promptly
• Knowledge of corporate transportation or mobility management
• Proven ability in Research and data analysis for identifying operational improvements
• Experience in Project Management to oversee daily operations and implement strategies effectively
• Training and leadership skills to guide and develop the operational team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, and adapt to dynamic working conditions
