Role Description

We’re Hiring: Tech Lead / Founding Tech Partner 🚀

I’m building Texkart — a B2B textile commerce platform transforming how India’s textile trade operates. We are not just a marketplace; we are building a Managed Transaction OS for textile procurement.

Our platform handles the complete workflow from product discovery → order management → invoicing → dispatch → returns → payments, bringing structure and trust to an unorganized industry.

We are looking for a Tech Lead / Founding Tech Partner who can take ownership of the product, help stabilize and improve the platform, fix critical issues, and contribute to long-term scale and product vision.

What we need:

• Strong problem-solving mindset

• Experience in product development & platform management

• Ability to handle bugs, feature improvements, and product optimization

• Startup mindset with long-term ownership thinking

This is an early-stage opportunity with ESOP-based upside, ideal for someone who wants to build something meaningful from the ground up.
