About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Growth Manager – Healthcare who can lead growth initiatives across digital marketing, patient acquisition, branding, and performance strategy. The ideal candidate should understand healthcare ecosystems and be capable of building scalable growth engines for hospitals, clinics, doctors, and healthcare brands.

This role requires someone with ownership mindset, analytical thinking, and strong execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for healthcare brands, hospitals, and doctors

• Drive patient acquisition through SEO, paid campaigns, social media, and conversion funnels

• Build and manage end-to-end marketing funnels from awareness to lead generation and conversions

• Work closely with performance marketing, SEO, content, design, and technology teams

• Analyze campaign performance, identify gaps, and optimize for ROI

• Manage client expectations and ensure timely delivery of growth initiatives

• Develop reporting dashboards and present insights to stakeholders

• Identify new opportunities for scaling traffic, leads, and patient footfalls

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure execution excellence

• Stay updated with healthcare and digital growth trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Management, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in Growth Marketing / Digital Marketing / Healthcare Marketing

• Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, CRM, analytics, and conversion tracking

• Experience in healthcare, hospitals, clinics, medical tourism, or healthcare agencies preferred

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Data-driven approach with problem-solving mindset

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, HubSpot, CRM tools, and automation platforms

• Understanding of medical patient journeys and healthcare consumer behavior

• Knowledge of AI-led growth, automation workflows, and healthcare content ecosystems
