Requirements
- 5–8 years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure roles with security experience
- Strong hands-on experience with GCP (primary), AWS, and Azure
- Production experience with Kubernetes (GKE preferred)
- End-to-end ownership of CI/CD pipelines (Java, Python, React/TypeScript)
- Strong programming skills; ability to build tools and automation
- Experience with observability (logging, metrics, alerting, SLOs)
- Security expertise: IAM, secrets management, vulnerability management, supply chain security
- Experience with SAST, DAST, container scanning, dependency tracking
- Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills
- Familiarity with AI tools and interest in driving adoption
Responsibilities
- Own deployment lifecycle: releases, rollback, runbooks, promotion gates
- Manage multi-cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines across services
- Define and track SLOs; lead incident response and postmortems
- Implement and maintain observability across systems
- Improve developer experience and reduce operational friction
- Document infrastructure and mentor engineers
- Own end-to-end security posture across infra, pipelines, and apps
- Implement security tooling: SAST, DAST, scanning, dependency tracking
- Manage secrets lifecycle and IAM policies
- Lead SOC 2 compliance: controls, evidence, audits
- Handle security incidents: detection, triage, remediation
