About the Role
We are looking for a Startup Operations Intern to work closely with the founders and support the day-to-day functioning of the company.
This role is focused on execution, coordination, and internal operations, and is ideal for someone who wants to understand how a startup runs from the inside.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist founders in tracking daily priorities, tasks, and execution timelines
- Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth workflow and task completion
- Maintain trackers, dashboards, and internal documentation
- Support planning and execution of operational processes and workflows
- Manage scheduling, meetings, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
- Track office inventory, procurement, and delivery follow-ups
- Support logistics, travel coordination, and basic administration
- Maintain records, reports, and shared documentation systems
- Assist in onboarding coordination and general employee support
- Help improve operational efficiency and suggest process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA (preferred) in supply chain, operations, or general management.
- 0–3 years of experience or strong internship/project exposure
- Highly organized and execution-focused
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with Google Workspace / Excel is a plus
