Intern – Startup Operations Full Time

About the Role

We are looking for a Startup Operations Intern to work closely with the founders and support the day-to-day functioning of the company.

This role is focused on execution, coordination, and internal operations, and is ideal for someone who wants to understand how a startup runs from the inside.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist founders in tracking daily priorities, tasks, and execution timelines
• Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth workflow and task completion
• Maintain trackers, dashboards, and internal documentation
• Support planning and execution of operational processes and workflows
• Manage scheduling, meetings, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
• Track office inventory, procurement, and delivery follow-ups
• Support logistics, travel coordination, and basic administration
• Maintain records, reports, and shared documentation systems
• Assist in onboarding coordination and general employee support
• Help improve operational efficiency and suggest process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA (preferred) in supply chain, operations, or general management.
• 0–3 years of experience or strong internship/project exposure
• Highly organized and execution-focused
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Familiarity with Google Workspace / Excel is a plus
