📄 Product Associate – Software Product Development
🔹 Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Associate to support the end-to-end lifecycle of software products—from requirement gathering to release and performance tracking. You will work closely with product managers, developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure successful product delivery in an agile environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Assist in defining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with engineering teams during development cycles (sprints)
- Support backlog management and prioritization
- Coordinate product releases and feature rollouts
- Track bugs, issues, and enhancements using tools like Jira
- Maintain product documentation in Confluence or similar tools
- Work with QA teams for testing, validation, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
- Analyze product performance using data tools like Microsoft Excel or dashboards
- Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to improve product features
🔹 Agile & Development Involvement
- Participate in:
- Sprint planning
- Daily stand-ups
- Sprint reviews & retrospectives
- Ensure clear communication between business and technical teams
- Help remove blockers and track progress
🔹 Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Basic knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodology
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical tasks
- Strong communication and coordination skills
🔹 Technical & Analytical Skills
- Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reporting)
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, or SQL (preferred)
- Familiarity with wireframing tools (optional)
🔹 Preferred Tools
- Jira (task tracking)
- Confluence (documentation)
- Figma (design collaboration)
- Postman (basic API testing)
🔹 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 0–3 years of experience in product, business analysis, or IT projects
