🚗 Hiring: Parts Manager | Narain Automobiles (Mahindra Dealership)

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Parts Manager to join our team and drive efficient spare parts operations at our dealership workshop.

🔑 Key Purpose

The primary responsibility of the Parts Manager is to ensure adequate availability of vehicle parts through effective inventory management, leading to a high parts fill rate and seamless workshop operations.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and order spare parts based on inventory analysis and demand trends
• Ensure accurate demand capture and proactive stocking, especially for new product launches
• Perform data analysis using DMS (Mahindra Dealer World) to categorize A/B/C inventory and plan procurement
• Maintain inventory turnover target (minimum 5 times annually)
• Coordinate with OEM (M&M) to prevent stock-out situations
• Ensure timely availability of waybills, payments, and documentation
• Manage proper binning, storage, and adherence to SOPs for spare parts
• Maintain hygiene and organization of the parts store and counter
• Track and analyze VOR (Vehicle Off Road) and FFR (First Fill Rate) and take corrective actions
• Manage disposal of obsolete/dead stock through structured campaigns
• Ensure proper storage and liquidation of campaign and VOR spares
• Keep parts catalogues, price lists, and bulletins updated
• Liaise with manufacturer for parts-related claims and resolutions
• Conduct annual physical inventory audits ensuring minimal deviation
• Prepare service kits for QWIK/scheduled services to improve efficiency
• Share Spare Parts Bulletins (SPB) and circulars with stakeholders

🧠 Skills Required

• Strong analytical skills in inventory management
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Hands-on experience with DMS systems
• In-depth knowledge of automotive parts and applications
• Ability to understand and implement technical bulletins quickly

🎓 Education

• Graduate / Diploma (Material Management preferred)

💼 Experience

• Minimum 5 years in parts management (automotive workshop)
• At least 2 years in a Team Lead / Department Head role
• Preffered : Experienced in Automobiles Service (Parts Management)
