Job Purpose

To appoint distributors to service the market as per norms, build relationship with trade and monitor DSE performance for achievement of targets

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

• Target achievement personal and of distributor and DSEs for Quality Gross /revenue/Outlet and other distribution KPIs expansion.
• Retailer relationship building by visits as per norms with key retailers of territory assigned ensuring targeted activations from them.
• DSE management ensuring DSEs achieve incentives by meeting their targets.
• Distributor profitability by ensuring he earns incentives by meeting targets set.
• Distributor management including no of DSEs/Stock norms adherence.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

• Ability to work in retail /Build relationship with retail.

• Ability to utilise relationship building for business gain.
• Distributor management.
• People management of DSEs/Distributors.
• Local knowledge understanding/Basic Data management /Digital awareness and adoption.
• Bachelors in any discipline with 2-3 years of experience preferably in a distribution set up.
