Role Description
Develop and execute the corporate business strategy aligned with organizational goals
Identify and drive new business opportunities within the corporate training sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and stakeholders
Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including pitching, negotiations, and closing deals
Oversee the design and delivery of customized training solutions based on client needs
Manage, mentor, and grow a team of at least 7 members, ensuring high performance and engagement
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine offerings
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, trainers, marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery
Achieve revenue targets and ensure profitability of corporate accounts
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience, with a strong background in the training / learning & development industry
Proven experience in corporate sales, business development, or account management
Strong network and exposure to corporate clients across India (preferably in Noida and/or Mumbai markets)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
