This opportunity is specifically designed for individuals with knowledge of GST, TDS, Balance Sheet preparation, invoicing, Excel proficiency, billing, and salary processing. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in finance and accounting principles and a desire to gain hands-on experience in a School/Academy
Responsibilities:
- GST and TDS Compliance:
- Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns.
- Support in the reconciliation of GST input and output tax credits.
- Assist in TDS compliance, including deduction, payment, and filing of TDS returns.
- Invoicing and Billing:
- Assist in the generation and issuance of E-invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper documentation and approval for invoicing.
- Support billing activities and address client inquiries related to invoices.
- Balance Sheet Preparation:
- Gain exposure to the preparation and analysis of balance sheets under the guidance of senior team members.
- Assist in reconciling balance sheet accounts and identifying discrepancies.
- Learn about financial statement preparation and reporting processes.
- Salary Processing:
- Support the finance team in processing employee salaries and reimbursements.
- Assist in payroll calculations, deductions, and compliance with statutory requirements.
- payroll software systems and processes used in salary processing.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping:
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Organize and archive financial documents in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Learn about document management practices and data security protocols.
Qualifications:
- CA Inter qualification or equivalent
- Tally working Knowledge and QuickBooks experience, if any
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, balance sheet preparation, invoicing, and salary processing and Reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
