About the Role

As a Manager II – Deputy Cluster Manager in DH Operations, you will own end-to-end operations for a cluster of 8 – 12 dark stores, ensuring seamless execution from inbound to dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operations for a cluster of 8 – 12 dark stores, ensuring seamless execution from inbound to dispatch.
• Drive excellence across inbound, putaway, picking, packing, and last-mile dispatch processes with strict adherence to SLAs.
• Own and optimize critical store KPIs – putaway TAT, receiving adherence, picking/packing efficiency, defect rates, damages, shrinkage, and overall cost metrics.
• Ensure high inventory accuracy across stores through strong control mechanisms, audits, and loss-prevention initiatives.
• Drive quality compliance across handling, storage, and dispatch processes while standardizing SOPs across all nodes.
• Lead Store Managers and large ground teams, ensuring manpower alignment across throughput demands and extended-hour store formats.
• Continuously improve throughput, reduce shrinkage and damages, and drive cost efficiencies across the cluster.
• Own operational performance reviews through structured dashboards, governance cadence, and metric-driven accountability.

Qualifications

• Qualification: Graduation, MBA preferred (Operations/Supply Chain) or equivalent experience
• Experience: 3–6+ years in warehouse/dark store/fulfilment center operations with exposure to multi-site management

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse operations — inbound to dispatch
• Proven experience managing large ground teams across multiple locations
• Hands-on with dashboards, KPIs, and data-driven operational reviews
• Strong execution focus with ability to operate in high-volume, high-pressure environments
• Process-oriented mindset with experience enforcing SOPs and driving accountability
