You will apply pilot plant management and process expertise to lead ideas from concept to execution, contributing to a strong and diverse portfolio of meaningful innovation — accelerating growth and helping shape the future of the organization.
As an Engineer, Process Development, in this role, you will provide technical expertise to ensure smooth execution of projects, overcoming process challenges through smart, science-based solutions. You will play a leading role in managing and optimizing the Pilot Plant operations, capabilities to support INSWA and Global GDI initiatives. As part of a highly impactful team, you will manage technology research, and product/process development to drive innovation forward. As a key connector between internal and external stakeholders, you will collaborate with GDI teams, manufacturing and engineering partners, bottlers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure pilot plant production of innovations, quality and safety of pilot plant facility and operations, and successful implementation of breakthrough process innovations.
