The project – NHSRCL Mumbai-Ahmedabad – Mumbai, India. We are hiring for the position of Section Engineer-Overall ITC.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Installation, Testing & Commissioning activities for signalling and telecom systems Contractors within assigned section, ensuring compliance with approved procedures and specifications.
• Review installation readiness and verify site conditions, including equipment installation, cable terminations, power availability, and interface readiness before testing.
• Coordinate with contractors, system engineers, and other disciplines to ensure smooth execution of functional, interface, and integration tests.
• Witness and verify installation and functional test execution, ensuring adherence to approved test procedures and documenting results.
• Engineering Graduate/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics stream or equivalent.
• Engineering Graduate with 07 years, or Engineering Diploma with 10 years of experience in Overall ITC during construction phase in Rail-based Transit System project(s)(i).
• ITC Coordination & Supervision: Ability to supervise installation, functional, interface, and integration testing activities across signalling and telecom systems.
• Installation Verification & Readiness: Skilled in checking equipment installation, cable terminations, power supply, earthing, and interface readiness as per drawings and specifications.
• Test Procedure Implementation: Strong knowledge in reviewing and implementing approved test procedures, method statements, and checklists.
• Interface Management: Ability to coordinate with signalling, telecom, rolling stock, track, and depot teams to resolve interface issues.
• Defect Identification & Closure: Experience in identifying non-conformities, punch points, and ensuring timely corrective actions by contractors.
• Documentation & Reporting: Skilled in preparing ITC reports, test reports, inspection reports, and progress monitoring for management review.
