Position Description

change in how we support people at work. You’ll be part of the global human resources team and report directly to the

Global COE Health and Well-being Director.

Your Future Duties And Responsibilities

As a strategic health & well-being design lead, you will contribute to the development and implementation, of the H&W strategy,

programs and initiatives in the APAC Strategic Business Unit, by supporting the Health and Well-being CoE Director and the Human

Resources Business Partners

• Shape Strategy: Define and implement the Health & Well-being strategy for APAC business unit, ensuring alignment with

CGI’s global priorities, values, and mission.

• Consult & Advise: Act as the lead subject matter expert for SBU HR Business Partners, leadership teams, and Corporate

Services – providing trusted guidance and insights.

• Promote Thought Leadership: Introduce innovative H&W solutions that drive organizational performance and strengthen

CGI’s position as an employer of choice.

• Partner with Leaders: Build strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to understand needs and design

impactful programs.

• Oversee Budget & Planning: Plan and manage the annual H&W budget for APAC SBU, ensuring resources deliver

measurable outcomes.

• Measure & Report: Analyze H&W data, develop quarterly reports, and present insights to HR and business leaders to

shape decision-making.

• Lead & Inspire: Manage and engage a team of H&W experts, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor APAC-specific trends, regulations, and best practices to keep CGI at the forefront of

workplace well-being innovation.

• Evaluate & Improve: Continuously assess the H&W program’s & initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and

improvement.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (health, well-being, organizational psychology, etc.)
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience leading workplace health & well-being strategies
• Experience in a managerial or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of corporate health & well-being best practices
• Experience designing and delivering workplace well-being strategies and programs
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office software (ie. Teams, Outlook. PowerPoint, Excel)
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with general employee benefits services in India, Philippines and Malaysia

Preferred:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Background in healthcare or medical fields
• Familiarity with India, Philippines and Malaysia employee benefits landscape
• Experience of working with global teams and across cultures
