Assist in onboarding new customers and understanding their business processes.
● Support ERP implementation including data setup, user configuration, and workflow
mapping.
● Provide training to clients on Borg Desk Workplace modules and features.
● Track customer usage and promote better product adoption.
● Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate with internal support teams for timely
resolution.
● Monitor customer feedback and maintain strong relationship for long-term engagement.
● Maintain documentation: call logs, progress reports, support queries, FAQs etc.
● Help customers utilize automation and MIS reports to improve efficiency.
● Participate in weekly reviews to ensure project timelines are achieved
