As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Basti Ki Pathshala Foundation, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your proficiency in MS-Office, MS-Word, MS-Excel, as well as spoken and written English, will be put to use as you support our HR team in various tasks.
- Assist in recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Help in organizing and conducting employee training and development programs.
- Support in performance management processes, including evaluations and goal-setting.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to improve overall employee experience.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
