Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

• Drive and facilitate uniform customer experience excellence agenda across formats.
• “Drive and facilitate target achievement of:
• -Post-paid RGA
• -Acq. Churn & T4M Retention
• -Base upgrade revenue
• -VIBS (non-mobility revenue)
• Drive Channel Profitability [LFS/ SFS] by reduced OPEX and by building new lines of business.
• “Improve on people and channel retention.
• Drive Digital to meet changing business processes in line with organization strategy.
