Role Description

This is a contract IT Operations Intern role with a hybrid working arrangement based in Vadodara, India. Some tasks can be performed remotely. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting in managing IT operations, providing technical support to users, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting system administration activities. The role offers an excellent opportunity for hands-on learning and contributing to IT processes in a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in IT Operations and experience in Technical Support
• Skills in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Knowledge of System Administration and general Information Technology practices
• Strong problem-solving abilities and an aptitude for learning new technologies
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Familiarity with remote work tools and collaborative platforms is a plus
