Role Description

The Accounts Receivable – Associate role is a full-time, on-site position located in Indore. The Associate will be responsible for managing account reconciliations, generating and tracking invoices, monitoring accounts receivable balances, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accurate and timely billing processes. Additionally, the role will involve engaging with customers to address inquiries and resolve payment-related issues while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess and reconcile financial discrepancies
• Proficiency in Invoicing and Finance operations to handle billing and payment processes
• Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and address their queries
• Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or financial software
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles is an advantage
