• You’ll lead sales operations for your assigned area, ensuring you achieve volume, revenue, and market share targets.
• You’ll develop and manage a robust dealer and distributor network, building strong relationships and loyalty to the Goodyear brand.
• You’ll drive demand generation through innovative trade marketing, consumer promotions, and localized campaigns.
• You’ll monitor competitor activities, market dynamics, and customer insights to shape winning strategies.
• You’ll ensure effective execution of pricing, distribution, and credit policies in line with company guidelines.
• You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations, timely product availability, and superior customer service.
• You’ll track KPIs, analyze sales data, and provide actionable insights to senior management.

Experience

• You bring 6+ years of proven sales experience in FMCG, automotive, or consumer durables, with strong exposure to channel/distributor management.
• You bring strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• You bring analytical ability to interpret market data and translate it into business opportunities.
