Purpose of the Role
The Senior D&T Analyst – Data Foundations, Supply Chain will play a critical role in strengthening General Mills’ supply chain data ecosystem. This position partners closely with business and technology teams to deliver reliable, scalable data foundations that enable data-driven decision-making, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth across the FMCG value chain.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 7 years in data analytics or data analysis
- Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience in ETL, data modeling, and data transformation
- Experience working with supply chain, manufacturing, or FMCG data
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with global teams
- Working knowledge of Agile delivery practices
Preferred Qualifications
- FMCG supply chain experience, including planning, manufacturing, logistics, and sustainability
- Experience with SAP platforms such as S/4HANA and BW, along with enterprise data integration
- Exposure to cloud-based data platforms (GCP preferred)
- Experience mentoring or guiding analysts
- Interest or exposure to AI, automation, and advanced analytics
