We’re hiring a Claude Code Operator at Tapetide
This isn’t your typical dev role. You don’t need to write code — you need to know how to talk to AI that writes code.
What you’ll do: → Break down feature specs into clear, actionable prompts for Claude Code → Orchestrate AI to build real features based on given requirements → Verify that what gets built actually works — end to end
What we’re looking for: → Basic understanding of how software works, or past experience as a developer/intern → Coding knowledge is good to have, but not mandatory → Judgment to know when something is working vs just looks like it’s working
Pay: ₹360,000.00 – ₹800,000.00 per year
Work Location: Remote
