Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing and HR professional based in Mumbai. The role involves managing marketing strategies, coordinating internal and external communication efforts, and planning initiatives to enhance company branding. In the HR capacity, the role includes overseeing HR management, developing HR policies, ensuring employee satisfaction, and managing personnel-related activities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), including managing employee relations and overseeing recruitment processes
• Knowledge of HR Management practices and the ability to implement effective HR strategies
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies to comply with regulations and promote organizational goals
• Understanding of Employee Benefits design and administration
• Skills in Personnel Management, including performance reviews, training, and development
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in marketing or HR roles is an advantage
