We’re looking for someone who can bring infectious energy, organizational prowess and a sprinkle of wit to our hiring, culture and people operations.

Responsibilities:

• Be a talent spotter – assist with recruitment by reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews
• Help shape and sustain a vibrant, inclusive workplace by organizing team activities, brainstorming meaningful recognition ideas, and contributing to a culture where people feel seen and valued
• Support and execute core HR initiatives – maintaining employee records, updating policies, and ensuring processes are clean, current, and compliant
• Be the go-to human for HR-related questions and concerns. Approachable, reliable, and trusted
• Collaborate with the operations team to streamline workflows and keep day-to-day people operations running smoothly
• Support leadership with people data, reports, and insights that actually help decision-making

• Clear, confident communication (written and verbal)
• A team player mentality with a passion for fostering positive relationships and creating a collaborative work environment
• An appetite for learning and a hunger to grow professionally
• Comfort with Excel and data analysis
• Bonus points if you have worked in hospitality, food, retail, or startup environments
• You’ll need to bring your own device
• We work 6 days a week
• This is a hands-on, high-ownership role – not a spectator seat
