Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients through lead generation and market research
• Initiate client outreach via calls, emails, and networking
• Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and sales presentations
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
• Manage client communication, follow-ups, and relationship building
• Support on-ground events, activations, and brand campaigns
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and generate reports

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience (freshers with strong interest can be considered)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong interest in advertising, media, and events industry

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events

Senior Manager – Ad Sales (5–6 Years)

Role Overview

We are seeking a result-driven and experienced Ad Sales professional to lead revenue generation through strategic brand partnerships and sponsorship sales. The candidate will play a key role in driving business growth, managing key accounts, and leading the sales function for events and IPs.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue targets through sponsorship and ad sales
• Develop and implement sales strategies for events and intellectual properties (IPs)
• Build and nurture strong relationships with brands, agencies, and partners
• Lead end-to-end sales cycle including pitching, negotiation, and deal closure
• Create and deliver integrated brand solutions aligned with client objectives
• Manage and mentor the ad sales team to achieve targets
• Track and manage sales pipeline, forecasts, and reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams for successful campaign execution

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in advertising/media sales or sponsorship sales
• Strong industry network and client relationships
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and closing deals
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to think strategically and drive business growth

Preferred Skills

• Experience in events/IP sales or large-scale brand partnerships
