👨‍💻 Role Overview:

We’re seeking a Cloud Support Intern who is passionate about learning cloud technologies and providing technical support for cloud-based systems. You’ll assist our IT and cloud teams in maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting cloud infrastructure to ensure smooth operations.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

·      Assist in monitoring cloud infrastructure for performance, security, and uptime.

·      Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cloud applications and services.

·      Collaborate with IT teams to resolve customer and internal queries efficiently.

·      Help in documenting support activities, incidents, and resolutions.

·      Assist in deploying and configuring cloud services.

·      Support process improvements in cloud operations and management.

✅ Required Skills:

·      Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

·      Familiarity with networking, servers, and IT fundamentals.

·      Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

·      Good communication skills and willingness to learn.

🌟 Preferred/Bonus Skills:

·      Knowledge of cloud security concepts and best practices.

·      Exposure to scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).

·      Understanding of virtual machines, storage, and cloud databases.

·      Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and monitoring tools.

🎓 Eligibility:

Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
