Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Databricks Platform to lead end‑to‑end delivery of data initiatives. The role focuses on managing data platform projects with strong exposure to Databricks (DBX), SQL, and data integration, working closely with business stakeholders and data engineering teams to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage end‑to‑end delivery of data platform projects
• Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into executable plans
• Drive project planning, tracking, execution, and governance
• Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and delivery commitments
• Coordinate closely with data engineering and integration teams
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
• Ensure clear and consistent stakeholder communication and status reporting
• Support decision‑making through data‑driven insights and progress metrics

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in Project Management within data or analytics programs
• Hands‑on exposure to data platforms and modern data environments
• Experience working with Databricks (DBX)
• Good working knowledge of SQL
• Solid understanding of data integration concepts and workflows
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams (business, engineering, analytics)
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

• Experience with modern data frameworks or data stacks
• Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
