Work Mode: Work From Office (Field + Office Role)

Working Days: 6 Days

Working Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM

Compensation Range: INR 6 – 7 LPA

Job Brief

We are looking for a strong and driven Sales Manager to lead our business in Gujarat.

In this role, you will grow sales, build strong distributor networks, and lead a team to success. You will play a key role in taking the brand to more customers and making it a trusted name in the market.

If you enjoy leading teams, building markets from scratch, and achieving big targets, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Plan sales for your area and achieve monthly and yearly targets.
• Build and manage a strong distributor network from the ground up.
• Lead, guide, and support your sales team.
• Visit markets regularly and understand customer needs.
• Ensure product availability and visibility in all key outlets.
• Run promotions, brand activities, and local campaigns.
• Work closely with the head office teams for smooth execution.
• Hire and train new team members when needed.
• Track sales performance and improve results.
• Manage costs, margins, and overall business profit.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10+ years of experience in FMCG sales.
• At least 5 years of team handling experience (ASM / RSM level).
• Strong skills in sales planning and distributor management.
• Good understanding of numbers and business performance.
• Confident in communication and decision-making.
• Willing to travel 40 to 60% within Gujarat.
