Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled o9 Consultant with strong expertise in Supply & Demand Planning to support
implementation, enhancement, and L2/L3 support of the o9 platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with
business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable planning solutions and ensure
smooth production support.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Enhancement
Lead or support end-to-end implementation of o9 Supply Chain Planning solutions (Demand Planning,
Supply Planning, S&OP).
Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs.
Configure and customize o9 modules, including demand forecasting, supply planning, and scenario
modelling.
Develop data models, workflows, KPIs, and dashboards within the o9 platform.
Integrate o9 with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and other upstream/downstream systems.
Conduct UAT, SIT, and support business users during testing phases.
Drive continuous improvements and optimization initiatives.
L2 / L3 Support
Provide production support for o9 applications, ensuring SLA adherence.
Diagnose and resolve complex functional and technical issues (data, configuration, performance).
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
Handle incident, problem, and change management activities.
Monitor system performance and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Support monthly/quarterly planning cycles and critical business timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience with o9 Solutions platform (Demand Planning / Supply Planning).
Hands-on experience in o9 configuration, modelling, and workflows.
Solid understanding of Supply Chain Planning processes:
o Demand Forecasting
o Supply Planning
o Inventory Optimization
o S&OP / IBP
Experience in data integration and working with APIs, ETL tools.
Knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar technologies is preferred.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP APO/IBP, Oracle, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
