Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Implementation Associate to own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of enterprise retail clients. This is not a project coordination role. It is a high-accountability delivery role that combines client relationship ownership, technical depth in retail data and AI systems, and operational discipline.
You will be the primary face of Intelo for your clients — owning timelines, communications, and delivery quality. You will work closely with our engineering, data, and product teams to configure, test, and launch AI agents that drive measurable business impact. In time, you will contribute to the processes and playbooks that make the entire team faster and more scalable.

Key Responsibilities
Client Delivery
– Own end-to-end delivery for 2-4 active client implementations simultaneously
– Lead client-facing calls: weekly syncs, milestone reviews, escalation conversations
– Manage client expectations on scope, timelines, and deliverables — proactively, not reactively
– Coordinate dependencies with product and engineering sprint cycles
– Be the primary point of contact: clients should feel that their implementation is in capable hands
Technical Delivery
– Hands-on data work: data mapping, source validation, pipeline diagnostics, Silver table review
– Configure AI agents (replenishment, demand forecasting, lost sales, item planning, assortment) to client-specific requirements
– Validate fixes and configurations in dev, staging, and production environments
– Triage issues with structure: data issue, configuration issue, product bug, or expectation gap
– Maintain Jira discipline — every issue logged, tracked, and resolved with complete documentation
Process & Playbooks
Communication & Documentation
– Write weekly client status reports with clarity and ownership
– Maintain client Notion pages: requirements mapping, data mapping, session notes, decision logs
– Capture every decision in writing — nothing stays verbal
– Flag risks to the Implementation Lead same-day. Do not wait for the weekly standup.
Team Contribution
– Support and coach junior team members on technical delivery and client management
– Participate in bi-weekly knowledge shares and monthly retrospectives
– Build knowledge that outlasts your tenure — playbooks, documented edge cases, configuration guides

Required Qualifications
– 5-9 years of experience in implementation, customer success, solutions delivery, or technical consulting
– Strong retail or supply chain domain knowledge — replenishment, demand planning, inventory management, or merchandising operations
– Comfortable working with data: SQL proficiency, ability to read and validate data pipelines, diagnose data quality issues
– Strong written and verbal communication — you write with clarity, lead calls with confidence, and handle difficult conversations directly
– Disciplined in issue management: structured ticketing, SLA tracking, escalation protocols
– Demonstrated ability to manage multiple enterprise client engagements simultaneously without losing quality
– Genuine ownership mindset — you follow through, flag risks early, and do not need to be chased

Preferred Experience
– Experience delivering retail planning, analytics, or AI software (e.g., Blue Yonder, o9, Relex, Anaplan, or similar platforms)
– Familiarity with Databricks, SQL, or data engineering concepts
– Track record of improving delivery repeatability through playbooks or process standardisation
– Experience at a high-growth SaaS or AI company in a client-facing delivery role
– Exposure to writing technical documentation: implementation guides, configuration manuals, or runbooks
