📌 Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Manager to manage procurement operations and vendor relationships for our agrochemical business. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials and other required items

• Develop and maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships

• Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure cost efficiency

• Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely delivery of materials

• Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams for procurement planning

• Maintain accurate purchase records, documentation, and inventory planning

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards

🔹 Required Skills

• Strong experience in procurement, vendor management, and negotiation

• Only candidates with prior experience in the pesticide industry will be considered (mandatory)

• Good analytical and planning skills

• Ability to manage purchase cycles and inventory efficiently

• Strong communication and coordination abilities

🔹 Qualification

• MBA / Graduate in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field

• Experience in pesticide / agrochemical industry preferred
