Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Import Export Manager, based in Chennai. The role involves managing all aspects of import and export operations, including overseeing trade compliance, preparing and handling export documentation, coordinating shipments, and ensuring alignment with international trade regulations. The Import Export Manager will communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth flow of goods across borders while maximizing efficiency and maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Import, Export, and Import Export operations
• Strong understanding of Export Documentation and International Trade regulations
• Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with global partners and internal teams
• Detail-oriented and able to manage time effectively
• Familiarity with logistics processes and supply chain management is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Prior experience in import-export or international trade roles is advantageous
