Location: Chakan, Pune
We are looking for a Quality Operations Manager with good experience in automotive industry to take responsibility of Quality assurance and operations.
It is a lead position in quality operations in manufacturing and supply chain process.
Role Description:
- Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards, IATF 16949, ISO etc.
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions, CAPA
- handle customer quality requirements, audits, inspections
- implement continuous improvement methodologies, Lean, Six Sigma
- Monitor quality KPIs and work on performance improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Engineering
- Strong experience in automotive quality operations
- Knowledge of quality tools, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC
- Strong problem solving capabilities
