Role Purpose:
To lead production planning and ensure timely manufacturing aligned with demand and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop production plans based on sales forecast and inventory levels
Ensure optimal utilization of plant capacity and resources
Coordinate with production, QA, and procurement teams
Monitor production schedules and resolve delays
Maintain compliance with GMP and regulatory standards
Track KPIs like OTIF, plan adherence, and inventory levels
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Pharmacy / Supply Chain / Operations.
8–12 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing (OSD preferred).
Strong planning and coordination skills.
