IT Infrastructure & Systems Support Executive Full Time NEW

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled IT Infrastructure & Systems Support Executive to manage our hardware, software, networking, CCTV systems, and data management. In addition to core technical support, the candidate will also conduct basic training sessions for students when required under our Skill Development Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot computer hardware (desktops, laptops, printers)
• Manage software installation, updates, and troubleshooting (Windows, MS Office, etc.)
• Handle network setup (LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches)
• Install and maintain CCTV systems (camera setup, wiring, DVR/NVR)
• Provide day-to-day IT support to staff and centers
• Maintain data backups, antivirus, and system security
• Track IT assets, inventory, and records
• Prepare and manage Excel reports, data tracking, and documentation
• Conduct basic training sessions (hardware, networking, basic IT skills) when required
• Support students with practical exposure and troubleshooting guidance

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and CCTV systems
• Hands-on experience with Windows, MS Office, and basic IT tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (reports, tracking, basic formulas)
• Ability to both handle technical work and deliver basic training
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Organized and responsible approach

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certification in IT / Hardware & Networking / Computer Applications
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹28,000/month (based on experience & dual role capability)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹28,000.00 per month
