Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Hyderabad for an Executive/Technical Assistant to the CEO. The role involves providing technical and administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, drafting reports, and preparing presentations. The role also includes assisting with research, technical troubleshooting, and facilitating communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. The individual will ensure smooth day-to-day operations for the CEO to enable effective decision-making and organizational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Assistance and Technical Support, with a solid understanding of technological tools and systems.
• Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to assess and synthesize complex data.
• Excellent Communication skills, including both verbal and written, to support seamless interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in Customer Service and maintaining professional decorum in client interactions.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills to prioritize and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, demonstrating problem-solving and decision-making expertise.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience or interest in the drone industry is a strong advantage.
